Important Information

If your move is a simultaneous exchange and completion, and fails to complete, we reserve the right to return your effects to the origin. Alternatively, we may transport your effects to our secure storage facility and re-deliver them at the next available opportunity. Additional charges will apply for any extra work undertaken, re-delivery, and storage (where applicable).

In providing Your signature below, You confirm:

You understand You must return a signed Acceptance of Quotation to Us before Our services commence.
You accept the Contract Price set out and have read, and agree to, the enclosed Terms and Conditions.
You understand You may not submit any Excluded Items for removal and/or storage (see paragraph 6.a).
You understand that a Vehicle Condition Report must be completed for every Vehicle being moved or stored by Us.
Where You request that the services begin during the 14-day cooling-off period (see paragraph 27), You acknowledge that Your cancellation rights during the cooling-off period will be lost once the services have commenced.

If You sign to DECLINE MoveProtect OR if you do not provide a Maximum Replacement Value, You understand that:

If Your Property is lost or damaged as a result of Our failure to comply with our obligations under paragraph 9.c, Our liability is limited to a maximum of £40 per Item or the actual value of Property either lost or damaged, whichever is less, as set out in paragraph 9.d. It is recommended that You arrange insurance at Your own expense to cover the Maximum Replacement Value of the Property.

If You sign to ACCEPT MoveProtect, You confirm:

You have read and understand the MoveProtect Addendum and wish to opt for enhanced liability protection up to the Maximum Replacement Value You have provided below.
You understand that the Maximum Replacement Value, as stated below by You, must represent the maximum sum total of the Replacement Value for all Property submitted for removal and at any time throughout the period of storage.
You understand that any Maximum Replacement Value stated by You on a Vehicle Condition Report applies in addition to the Maximum Replacement Value stated below.
You understand that the Proportional Reduction shall apply if the Maximum Replacement Value You provide is inadequate.
You understand that the MoveProtect Charges stated on Our Quotation are subject to change depending on the actual Maximum Replacement Value You provide below.
You understand that, if You submit a claim under MoveProtect, additional claims processing administration charges apply. We will deduct a £50 charge from any settlement awarded to You to cover Our administration costs.
